At Inkon, we want you to be completely satisfied with your beauty experience. If a product doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of purchase provided it remains in its original, lightly used, or unopened condition.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all lids are tightened and protective seals are intact where applicable.
Print and Attach Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return box.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
